Fix the economy by not rewarding corporate bigwigs for poor performance. If the company is doing well, fine, reward them with the profits. Don't create contracts that bind you to a financial obligation regardless of performance. They should fire and fine the guy who thought that was a good idea. The bailout money should be reserved for the masses, the worker bees that due all the work.
