Meh, i just finished the game... is not as BAD as the review says.

You don´t need coordination... its a mashing button game, that some times requires you to move away from enemies.

The jumping parts are filled with bugs... but is not like the Sonic game (dead after dead after dead), you just move-stop-jump-move-stop-jump.... if you fall, a reset comes in play and no life lost, no big deal.

the story is for xmen fans (movie and comic)... no big brainer here, (its more fun play for the Brotherhood).

What the dude who wrote this review failed to say (lack of old school skills i guess or played GOW before this game.... of course the graphics suck) is that the gameplay is FUN... you actually enjoy beating tons of brainless villians, why? because you use superpowers who get cooler as you upgrade them... plus the mixing of mutan powers of other famous and not so mutants.

is not GOW3.... but its damn fun. for references it HAS less bugs that DCUO... and MUCH less frustrating. but if xmen destiny was an online game.... it will be more fun than DCUO.

I think Nintendo will allow you to move the games from Wii to the Wii U.... it will be interesting to see the how, in order to avoid that evil thing called piracy.

Perhaps the PSP-PS3 option to play games will be available for Wii U and 3DS. Since Nintendo plans to create a unique account for the users and drop those UnfriendlyCodes. (like the PSN or Xbox live)

Long long ago.... When that silly thing called HD didn't existed, Computers were so powerful they ran solitaire and.... those evil things called emulators where on dippers, or the PlayStation wasn't region free, the Gameboy was and Nintendo of America was a stubborn compan.... oh still it is.

if you wanted to play games from that big thing called Europe, you had to use a Computer monitor and cut the "security" devices Nintendo placed on the cartridges. Or if you wanted to play those cool japanese PSX games, you had to put a little thing called Mod Chip on your console... and some bad people with eye-patchs used that thingie to play cheaper games.

So, some companies like Capcom (yes, the dark side of Capcom was starting to show on those times) placed some magic software that detected if your PS was "hacked" (Strider Ryu or Rockman remix games are an example). Also the Snes had a little security switch, that if the cartridge was bad made or illegal, the console just shut down and you had to take it for service to fix it.

So... is it illegal to "hack" your console in order to play games from all regions?. Hell no! its your hardware and you decide to do what ever you want to do with it (mind that thing called Warranty may become void). Is it illegal to use those "hacks" to play pirate games?... duh! yes! as for downloading songs without paying or movies. You have to pay those poor umpa-loompas that made those games... or they won't make more.

So history lesson is over... Sony learned that free game region was the right thing to do, so we geeks, otakus, british accent lovers or travelers enjoy our games. Nintendo just got more stubborn and decided to region lock now the 3DS and just play with their hardcore fans feelings (Bad Nintendo! bad!).. oh and Microsoft made a PC to play games...without the pain of drivers, upgrade the OS and a more stable OS or blue screen of dead, and Capcom turned more evil...

Google + = geeks (me being one g33k )... and so far the clean site its what attracts most of the people (no lame farmville updates or mafia wars requests pestering our walls), so if you start stuffing all that stuff that Facebook has.... let us hope that google places a mute button for those things too. (you can "mute" a post)

@BobbyRobby MK has never been a balanced or serious game... since MK1, there has been cheap and overpowered characters.

This game is here for the fun of beating your friends and kill them with a Fatality... just that, no more science is there.

And all will go to hell when that cheap bastard called Shao Khan gets unlocked....

As for Freddy.... uhm gimme Jason or even better, gimme IT... and i will revive those children traumas of my friends >=).

I have the game... no problems at all... gameplay is nice, online is smooth.... but... WTF!, i mean who is the insane person who decided to sell us an incomplete game?

I´m ok with the costumes, they just add some status to the chars.... but to sell characters?... it makes me so damn mad. The balance of the game is gonna get so F-cked up due that!. And screws the online gameplay!... so if i want to win i`ll have to pay 10 bucks to get the super new character that im nor surprised it´s on the disc data?... and later ill have to buy Super MvsC3 because the balances that they were supposed to be on the first game were to big for DLC... so now ill have to pay 49.99 to get them...

I knew DLC will be the doom for games....

as for the Cap... who cares about if its dead or not? ...i´m so relieved that its steve rogers cap ... not the lame bucky one.... besides Comic books stories are so sad right now... just look at Batman´s Inc ...or the lame dead of the torch... the old good days are gone ... readers change ...sadly ..... for worst.

@metalgera Nintendo is showing some love to us!.....they now give us Customer Support! .... and well ..that´s pretty much it.
