As I see it, any copyrights (I doubt any were ever registered, but anyways) have long went past their public domain entry date. Her only legal recourse 'could' be defamation of character in that using the dillinger name is hurtful to herself and her familys name. But seeing as she never complained before the judge will laugh her out of court.

It's obvious, she should make an album of her own. If 2 million dollars is what it costs for 24 songs then that means she could do just 1 long CD, or maybe a 2 disc set of greatest hits!

Seriously why doesn't she? The record companies certainly think that's a reasonable tactic. That or she could find someone sharing it online and sue them.
