I've been given the business at both Arrowhead Stadium and the Edward Jones Dome. The friskers working at both stadiums were entirely worhtless at their jobs, and I can't say I blame them.

And really, what's to stop someone with a bomb from detonating it in the group of a couple hundred people waiting to get frisked? Or planting explosives out in the parking lot amoung tailgaters. Perhaps they should start searching people's cars when they pull up to pay for parking.

Rumors in KC are that the managing group of the soon to be open Sprint Center in KC have had their eyes set on gaining an NHL franchise prior to the whole Pens debacle. So when the Pens fell of the board, no one was too upset because the initial target was still on the board, which is believed to be the Preds.

I believe the Preds have to average 14K fans a game next season or their lease defaults and the team is free to move. Should be interesting.

After seeing the circulars story on here and then seeing the actual ads on Sunday, I decided to go out and try to get a Wii. No luck. I went to 2 Best Buys, 2 Circuit Cities, 2 Targets, Comp USA and Sears and none of them had any left within less than an hour of opening. One of the guys at Best Buy said they almost called the police due to a fight breaking out over places in line prior to opening. This is in Kansas City by the way.

I don't know about kids, but I've stayed up into the wee hours of the morning 3 of the past 4 nights playing this game trying to figure out why I can't get a damn Horstachio, Roario or whatever Pinata is pissing me off. I know there's no point in going to bed, because I'll just lay there thinking about what I could be doing in my garden. I can't remember the last time a game was so good that I got this involved.

To you people saying, "If you were really that fast, you would be playing for a bigger school." Football isn't all about speed. If it were, it would be called track. Mid-level to small schools make their living bringing in kids who are great athletes but have little polish as it pertains to being a football player. You can be fast as hell, but if you can't catch the ball, why would Miami or whoever waste their time with you?
