My girlfriend's is Sleeping Beauty. I can't think of anything right now aside from that too, maybe Sword in the Stone.

I was playing some rather obscure japanese game on my PS1, and my humanoid character would become a block or a robot-car looking thing. Nothing else in the game looked like this.

Wish I could remember what it was called.
