Naw, they won't ban the PS3 players who got it early, they know that while they have the game early, they got it legally.
Instead, they'll find out where these people got the game and flip out at the store who broke release date.

I notice that there are a few games going for 69.99 here in Canada, so it might be possible that games will start to cost this much in America too.

But for now I'll be buying all my games from America while they're 10 bucks cheaper :p

When I said "are games 70 bucks in America too", I meant that as a Canadian who recently went to buy Infamous and saw it cost 69.99. :(

So I decided that I'll just get it next time I go to America, even if it's only a 10 dollar difference, a message must be made in protest of the new price :p.

I'm sure if someone wanted to make a 360 virus they could do so easily. I'd imagine actually infecting the console would be the hard part.
