Jun 14th 2007 5:20PM (Engadget)For gaming, you'll need the Playstation 3 for 1080p since the Xbox 360 maxes out at 720p and 1080i, so Xbox 360 owners (like me) would only get 1080p if they have the HD-DVD addon drive. So I'm still undecided if these displays are worth investing in.
It would be nice if there was 1 standard resolution that every TV set,set-top box, game console and DVD/DVR player followed. But then this wouldn't be America would it?

What if the PSP's controls make a game that was highly reviewed 10 years ago totally unplayable? There's $6 out the window.
I think it's a great idea to release these games for the PSP. I'm just waiting for a way to buy the games directly from the PSP without the need for a PS3 or a Windows PC.
HDTV buyers want games, movies, not TV shows

TV viewers have been given the ablity to watch TV whenever they want, not when the network decides they should watch it.
