John, I work in customer service and its people like you that give the customer service industry a bad name.

"We have absolutely no control over you returning something late or store policy. People that threaten customer service are scumbags. Just remember that we'll be making fun of you almost immediately after you leave, usually with some other customers joining us."

Get a life, get a real job and move out of your parent’s basement. You have plenty of control and have the ability to bring one of your supervisors or managers over instead of just pushing the customer out the door. Yes, some customers are extremely vile, but you're just as bad.


And no I don't rent video games at any store, I was just so pleased by John's comment that I had to chime in.
