Heh, what a great little drama. Honestly I'm much more excited about this product now that TechCrunch is no longer involved. Can't wait to preorder it.

Member of Psystar's legal team quits

Joe, I'm sorry you are way off base here. Apple can decide to either sell OSX, or to not sell it. What you can't do is say "we'll only sell to this person, but not to another person". I can go buy a copy of OSX. But Psystar can't... why?

The reason they won't sell OSX to Psystar is they want to shut them down as a competitor. Sorry, this is the definition of a monopolistic and anticompetitive behavior and it seems like only someone with the most extreme Apple induced mental disorder would think its ok.

Just remember who started suing whom. Psystar is just trying to make a living building computers with an os that people want (osx). They are paying apple the full retail price of OSX (no oem discounts) for every single piece of hardware. Yet Apple is using the legal system to shut them down.

In this case Apple is the annoying one. If they drop their charges and leave them along, Psystar will stay nice and quiet, and just continue building computers like they wanted to all along.

Whats with the "Changing the Goalpost" crap? No one cares that 3rd party Wii games sell.

What any rational gamer would care about is that the vast majority of 3rd party wii games suck. You'd be extremely lucky to find 1 or 2 decent 3rd party Wii games a YEAR. Everything else is monstrosity upon monstrosity.

Great game, except for one stupid broken level. "Fragile Companion 2" on World 4 is a buggy piece of crap. Takes like 10 tries to get the damn key up the ladder

Sure. Nearly all the senior editors left within 2 months of each other, all by "coincidence".

The situation is so obvious that it doesnt really need to be explained. However I'll help you out a bit.

Gamespot fired a popular senior editor. His coworkers got pissed and left.
