Ok, here's my last attempt to try and understand your point.. If this is generic radio fluff as you say, please list some generic radio fluff bands that they sound so similar to.

p.s. It's ok to say you just don't like them!

While I agree that all those artists you mention are unique, it's crazy to say that claudio's vocals are mainstream or generic.. Most folks I've let listen to coheed immediately say it's reminiscent of geddy lee.. Is he generic too? Here's my idea of "clearchannel generic"

nickelback - 3 days grace - daughtry - creed - 3rd eye blind, and any other lame ass rock band you here on modern rock radio -- talk about bands that might as well all share the same singer

I'm not here trying to say that c&c are the saviors of music, but to say it's generic and talentless is just flat out wrong..

one more thing, are you basing these hot opinions all on the rock band track?

Not sayin you have to like the band but to call them talentless is pretty ridiculous... They're all good players and their current drummer is insanely talented (heard of dillinger escape plan?)

The thing people can't seem to get over on first impression is the wild-ass vocals which is understandable -- I was the same way at first then it really grew on me.. btw- they're a lot older than you think.. far from "talentless teenagers"

umm seriously? Joe Perry isn't familiar to the writer? I'm either missing out on the joke or this website is showing it's (young) age.

My original 360 did this (spun down during some games) It didn't do this from the start though. Only after I'd had it about 8 months. Then it started doing that "get quiet" after a while.. It then died about 3 weeks later.. got a refurb now which once again keeps the disc spinning all the time.

#4.. I'm right there with ya.. After reading posts of failing 360's, smiling, believing I had a good one, mine has also fallen in to the burning ring of fire.. I will be sending it in for repair as soon as I get the empty box from MS, and I have also filed my complaint to the BBB. A 400 dollar device should not fail when babied and taken care of in a heat free environment.. I really thought I was out of the woods after 7 months and no problems. I was wrong..

There's nothing wrong w/ opinions.. I think the idea is to save them for things like news announcements, etc.. Not to come on and make a front page post dogging a demo for a game that a lot of people are really liking.. Almost like the people at sts. row have paid him to say "don't wait for Just Cause, get saints row!!".. just kidding about that last part..

I had a lot of fun w/ the demo.. Sure, it's not the prettiest thing in the world to look at it, but not horrible graphically. To take a helicoptor up to the stratosphere, dive out and check out the sea/landscape while freefalling is damn sweet.. I'm not as pissed as the others calling for the firing of Ken, but I do agree that it seems pretty out of place to make a negative review of an old demo a headline.. Especially on a "fanboy" site!!

Hell, I'll buy it just for batman begins ;)
