My friend has a thing that's kind of like the atari flashback with only 6 sega genesis games on it. I don't know if it's licensed or not.

there was a little booth at the mall around here with one of those on display. I never used it, but the guy who ran the booth would just be either watching movies or playing games (without the device) all day.
