What if there were some sort of video monitor for your hands so that your hands locations would actually show up on the screen (but transparent a la boxing video games)... just a thought.

Things needed:
Gmail app. The mail app is alright, but I'd like one with specific gmail features that any generic email app just can't have (for obvious reasons).

Twitter app that has picture uploading to twitpic.

Picasa app. It would be grand to be able to upload pictures straight from the phone to your google-picasa account. Make it so.

For the google-maps stuff, add public transportation options (like on Android) and walking directions. We don't all drive to our destinations.

That's really the only things on the top of my list. Great phone and I'm loving. I've owned a G1 & iPhone version1 and I can say this is my favorite of the three.
