A Mild-Mannered Reporter: Seven years in the city, part two
May 4th 2011 7:30PM (Massively)Also Leagues cause Lag, it's been proven, Patched, then Un-Patched when the patch caused even more Lag. So Leagues kinda stink.
City of Heroes interviews discuss content development and Incarnate raids
Apr 19th 2011 7:47AM (Massively)The thing is though that when Alpha launched, it was "go back and do those old Task Forces and Hami Raids that you've been doing and here's two new TFs if you want to try those." Now it's "You can only do these two Trials if you want to unlock the new abilities without spending hundreds of millions of Inf."
Also I'd like a little more transparency when it comes to how the reward tables work. Seems like all I ever get is the Uncommon Table, and I'm not alone in that from what I hear.

Apr 19th 2011 7:41AM (Massively)The other thing about the MoLambda is that according to one of the rednames on the Forums, the Badges for not using the acids or grenades are bugged and getting the Badge for not using both ISN'T supposed to unlock the Badge for not using one or the other. That means a MoLambda is supposed to take three runs to earn. A League doing the Master of BAF, on the other hand, can be done in a single run if done correctly.
On the other hand, the Lambda Trial can actually be farmed for Incarnate XP if you want. Just sweep the street, then courtyard, the walls, go in the building, and both teams focus on killing everything in one of the warehouses. Afterwards, just kill the reinforcements until time runs out.

Apr 18th 2011 11:21PM (Massively)NB: “We want more Incarnate Trials!”
That's because two trials isn't enough for 75% of the games population to go through without getting bored.
Nowadays, I'd say it's more like "You want me to grind these two trials with multiple lvl50s?", "why are costs for all new Incarnate Materials so high?" or "why is it so blasted laggy and why do I keep getting disconnected if I try to load the Trials?"
Or my personal favorite: "What do you think the odds of the next issue introducing YET another Merit/Salvage system are? And didn't they get rid of Base Salvage because it was redundant and confusing?"
A Mild-Mannered Reporter: In the case of Controllers
Apr 13th 2011 8:08PM (Massively)the only problem with KD is that bosses and up pretty much resist it, but you should be throwing your hard holds on them.

A Mild-Mannered Reporter: Stricken pack
Feb 9th 2011 6:33PM (Massively)I'm on the Justice Server, and we do Hami raids several times a week.
I agree with you on how Solo-Unfriendly the Incarnate system is right now, I'm hoping that I20 will have some way of getting the Incarnate Salvage that you can only currently get by completing the Weekly Task Force. On the plus side, this week's is Kahn, and that only took like 30 minutes for me to do last night, and most of that was spent fighting Reichman at the end.
