Danger Close working on Medal of Honor sequel

Yes. But, here's hoping DC develops the multiplayer in house, with assistance by DICE or other if needed. DICE's commitment to its products suffered as a result of working on MoH (Vietnam release date) and MoH suffered by DICE's commitment to its other products (few and rather poorly balanced maps particularly the smaller game modes, pretty much no post release support or expansion, limited game modes, etc). My opinion, DICE doesn't do small maps well, and the fact that there was no slide to cover or peak out, as there was in the SP made the MP feel quite disjointed. Looking forward to the next installment though.

Call of Duty: Black Ops getting 'brand new zombie experiences'

Looking forward to some more zomb's, but I hope this isn't the extent of their so called top-secret unique co-op experience. Hopefully (and I expect) the WaW maps will released for a reasonable price at some point for those of us not overly wowed by the special editions of the game to buy them.

Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Vietnam launching only as DLC

No, that would be the price of the game itself not the addon. Though that price is now incorrect.
MW2 pack - 3 new maps, 2 revised ports from MW = $15
BC2 Vietnam - 4 new maps, 15 weapons, 6 vehicles, 10 achievements + soundtrack licensing = likely $20

@DropBear360
No doubt the soundtrack will set a nice background mood for the DLC as well as a nice attention to detail touch. Of course, expect the cost of the licensing/usage rights for the 49 songs to be reflected in the cost of said DLC when it arrives.

I guess I missed the update to the first posting for this expansion stating that it was MP only. I'm sure it will be a good addon, but it doesn't really interest me as much now knowing that there is no SP component. While it's great that BC2 is finally getting a "real" MP map pack, I can't help but think how ill timed it is. They should have had this out closer to when the MW2 packs were coming out, not Winter 2010, after MOH and Black Ops will be out in force. And why not wait on the Ultimate Ed to be released with this in it. It makes no sense. And a MP soundtrack, who's going to be the jackass sitting by the radio in the middle of the match listening to tunes?

Medal of Honor beta ending tomorrow on PS3 and PC, August 9 on 360

Jul 31st 2010 9:05AM (Joystiq)
Wasn't the 360 beta supposed to be extended due to the (exactly 1 month) delay before they got it out. PS3 got nearly 6 weeks, and the 360 gets about 2.5 weeks - that's extended? I just got a code thanks to Gamestops inability to do what they promised. Oh well.
