i think jack and adam were both on 2 extremes, but personaly, i go with Mark on this one because there is no way a kid can walk into a store and buy an M rated game, the game store must ask for ID. and the perents should also know if they can purchase a certian M rated game for their kids, because the perents only know their kids for...oh say (in most cases)...their whole childs life. Blame perents, the game industries just make the games, its up to the perents to buy them for their kids.
