I got an unclaimed preorder as well. Just walked in at 7:00pm the day after and they were like here you go.

That's so Donkey Kong... how can people not see it? He probably is getting hit or has an invincibility star or something, that's why he's orange.

Yeah, I just hope 99% of them don't end up in the hands of Gamestop employees.

I dunno, that blogger has a real interesting way of words... But yeah, I was just thinking about this the other day too, if you could play as assist trophies. I feel like the way it would work would be similar to the King of Fighters 2000 (if anyone has ever played this).

But basically, there are some characters you clearly wouldn't be able to play as (Advance Wars, Nintendog, Lakitu, etc.) But for the others like Grey Fox, Little Mac, and Samurai Goroh they seem totally playable.

Which brings me to my next point, maybe all characters appear as assist trophies. Like maybe there is a Mario assist trophy, Sonic, Link, Kirby, etc. Therefore, while some characters are only assist trophies, playable characters also have their own assist trophies.

I hope that makes sense.

Not too surprising...but very very welcomed!

I don't think real gamers really act like this. The only time we get excited, the words coming out of our mouth are usually curses and obscenities.
