"The game looks great but hasn't anyone noticed that 3 characters in the Character Select Screen are missing??

Khameleon, Unmasked Sub-Zero, and Human Smoke."

Khameleon is the only character that's missing (though she might be selectable like Blaze and Mokap were in MK:DA) because:
1. Unmasked Sub-Zero is the same person as the current Sub-Zero.
2. Human Smoke was a non-canonical extra character just like Classic Sub-Zero. Smoke's human form only exists as a memory in his mind.
