If that happens then us gamers get shafted because we wouldn't be able to trade games or resell them on ebay. And it also guarantees ISP's placing bandwidth caps. Don't know about you guys but when I buy something I don't want Microsoft or Sony limiting my options on a property I own.

Is the creator and director Kojima involved in development? No. Is it Tactical Espionage Action? No will include "a completely different kind of action than what has appeared in the series"(Kojima). Will it use the same engine? No.

Therefore it's not an MGS game.

I hope they don't marginalize the game development in order to accommodate 1 console, if that means 5 dvds for xbox owners so be it. My concern is how is this game going to turn out without Kojima's involvement and with a completely new team.
