"Dignity as a once proud-Wii owner"? You Engadget people are freaking tools. As a matter of fact you morons should NEVER be allowed to run any videogame articles again. Leave that to the pros over at Joystiq.

Anyway, $60 for the controller AND game is a great deal. It's definitely worth the purchase.

The Wii's userbase is almost as big as Sony and Microsoft's combined, so this is a massive win for Netflix. And folks, most of the Wii's userbase couldn't give a rat's ass about HD, so that's really not up for discussion. Big news for Netflix and for Wii owners.

Who cares if nothing was announced for the Wii? Nintendo fans (like me) will get all of our announcements at e3 like we always do. Nothing to see here, folks....

Yeah, Nintendo's going to put themselves out of the console business even though they have sold almost more Wiis than 360s and PS3s combined. Let's not even get into the 115 million Nintendo DS sold worldwide.

They are fine, and are smart to wait it out for a new Nintendo console. Next year's lineup is much stronger and as such there's no reason for a new system at this time.

Hopes that we'll FINALLY see a Kid Icarus game again :)

Those who are whining about motion controls, HDMI ports, etc are PS360 fanboys who NEVER intended on purchasing a Nintendo system in the first place. They're the ones who straight up dissed the N64 and Gamecube (when those WERE hardcore systems) and now hate on Nintendo because they are kicking ass and are successful. So as far as I'm concerned their opinion carries little to no weight. I'm actually happy with the Wii, I just want to see Nintendo expand their development studios so that we can get some more exclusive stuff. Not having Rare anymore kinda sucks and we need to have some AAA titles like that again (Killer Instinct, Goldeneye, Banjo-Kazooie, etc). Retro Studios is working on a brand new title so that's a start.
