Totally, that was the first thing I thought of when I looked at the faces, too. Both Napoleon's and Caesar's faces are exactly the same, and it looks like they were stolen from the cover art of a WWE game.
The 7-day "can't do certain things on certain days of the week" feature was already on San Andreas. I think it would've been good to point that out. However, there's much room to grow with that concept.
Well, they're certainly a corrupt and self-serving government. In that sense, this is a perfect application of their basic principles. I don't know about communist, though. That's more of a tag-line for the regime to try and gain some legitimacy with the masses. They're just about as Communist as Atari is still Atari from the 80's.
Right now I'm using my fiance's Dell Inspiron Laptop, 1100 - something like 6 years old. The fans loud, it gets so hot I have to take it off of my lap, and I dropped it once so the only way that I can now type "x" is by pressing the stub where the key should be exxxxxxxxxxxxxxtremely hard. WOOOOOO!
Actually, I've seen a number of studies over the past few years that link the Japanese (in particular) to having a much harder time making facial expressions and recognising them. I remember reading one where there is actually a school set up in Japan to teach businessman how to smile and act enthusiastic around their overly-enthusiastic American counterparts. I've got a three year old Dell that can run Age of Empires III, Rise of Nations, Civ IV, and Pirates! extremely well. No complaints, it even runs Prey pretty well, although I have to bring down the settings a few notches.
