The reason that it won't come with a card is because they said it wouldn't. Besides that, it is already available for pre-order at Amazon with no mention of an included memory card. That would be a pertinent inclusion that would be on the product page of something they are selling.
@MrGreen I imagine these GPUs would still be getting direction from CPUs. In this case, the CPU would be the lazy construction manager eating a burrito in the air conditioned truck telling the grunts to work harder.
