It's a bummer that they're not including this as free but you can't really complain when you're probably going to get an extra 3-4 hours of game play for $10. At least they didn't announce this before the game was even released as some other companies are starting to do, which is annoying.
Hell, I paid the extra $50 for the Fallout 3 DLC. I played the hell out of that game (and still do). I have no problem supporting a developer when they've really put the time and effort into creating a spectacular single player experience. If you don't want the DLC, don't buy it.
On one hand, great, Nintendo is going to put HD into their next console. We're at least guaranteed the next Smash Bros, Zelda, and Mario in high def. But, without an HD requirement, that'll allow all the shovelware to just move from the Wii to the next iteration and that's not something I'm looking forward to.
I understand Nintendo is in the business to make money, but if they continue on this path I won't be purchasing the next Nintendo console.
My launch console RROD'd back in October and they told me to send it back in my own box, which wasn't a big deal. I already thought they stopped sending out these coffins for awhile now but I guess that wasn't the case.
