Hell, I'd love me some of that Alliance action.

Christ, I think mine is more or less a mid-range to piddling gaming pc, with only enough features to make Hellgate: London look like my personal damnation: All the characters are a shade of poo and they move a bit like septic fluid during December. Anyway, onto the specs:

Pentium 4 2.6 ghz
1gig of ram
nVidia 6800 128 MB
120 gb of HD with about 2 or 3 gb of actual, usable ram.

Crysis looks.. well, not going to bring up Hellgate's horrific analogy again. Your brain can't handle my mediocrity!

Those little, ankle-biting grunts. Seriously, how would you like it if a midget rounded up a thousand of his little buddies and used your bean bag as a speed bag? I know I wouldn't like it. Countless X-Mas movies have been made with this idea in mind. Get little people and let them at a larger man's nuts. You'll see this holiday season when it's Vince Vaughn's yam bag under those little muffin hand's power. So, there, I don't want a racking from a grunt. Plus, I'm no good at punching at a downward angle.

Infection spores. Have you ever tried fisting a spore? I don't think it has ever turned out favorably for either parties. But, I would like to see some red fans on each knuckle. Could be the new style. Bring them on.

Jesus. I think I would have to select the Monitor. That glowing eyeball machine that has the power to kill, indiscriminately, when one removes one's helmet. It seems nay indestructible without anything outside of a big, red laser. So, bring it on, and let me teach it the foot fist way!

I recently played Halo 2. It's not the most groundbreaking game this year, but it is certainly a blast to play online.

Is it within the realm of possibility to take Sexy Beach 2, insert a wizard type guy similar to that of the smarmy helper from the Microsoft line of products, and have him wag his finger at you every time you attempt to bear-back a lovely young frau? If so then.... patent pending.

Luke Smith FTW. Yes, I'm just as embarrassed as everyone else for using that acronym. Anyway, to piggy back off of Mr Boomstick, I've been playing Tekken DR all day after finding out how to reroute my subscription to Hong Kong. Kudos to whoever found that little exploit. The game is a redo of the PSP title released mid-2006, but that's the only negative I can say given its $15 price point. Nintendo does have a competent VC release campaign, with their 2-5 programs per week. I just can't help but question their ridiculous price points. $8 dollars for Sim City? Really? When juxtaposed to Tekken, the price just doesn't seem reasonable.

Do your PS2 games look too jaggy on the PS3? Here's a semi-fix... [update 1]

Dec 31st 2006 11:47PM (Joystiq Playstation)
I've been playing Dragon Quest VIII on both PS2 and PS3. I've tried the various "fixes" to correct the jaggies, but none of them work. The game is still playable on the PS3; I've had no hang-ups. It's just a small aesthetic problem that can be ignored, so I'll wait for a patch from Sony...if there ever will be one.
