And by "most trailers" I mean most of the copies on YouTube.

At around 1:36 on most trailers, it certainly *looks* like the alien on the wall.

Yeah, Ridley Scott has consistently stated it's just in the same universe as Alien with a few Alien similarities, and doesn't like calling it a prequel.

But it's hard to say it isn't a semi-prequel when some of the stylish elements of Alien carry over, and what looks to be an illustration of the Alien in one shot of the trailer. Let me see if I can find the time...

On a side note, the new Prometheus trailer was one of the best things to ever happen to me.

Absolutely, I will. The first issue was rather short, so I'll pick them up in a bundle.

Yep! Well, actually, just the first issue, shamefully enough. But I loved Russia as a setting and Nikolai as a character. Interesting historical stuff, too. Really, really loved. The art itself was really slick, as well.

I have nothing against you, man. Just your comment. The only reason so much coverage is attributed to Notch is because he warrants that much coverage by, you know, developing games. That's not Joystiq's fault.

They should be, and I'm fairly sure they are. I mean, in a way, they're competitors, so...

Ah, now that's something I'd be ALL over to see for the future of this franchise. Obviously, the line of Assassins continues on long after 2012. Let's take a peek into the future! And cyberpunk would definitely be the way to go.

Just a thought: Someday I want to see some of the other test subjects, maybe from when the Animus was in its infantile stage, were a lot of things can go wrong.
