It's GOING to be GCN game, but people are saying the reason it's delayed is so Nintendo can add some stuff and work in a Revolution control scheme. What this means is that you play it on the Cube all happy-like, and when the Rev. comes out, you stick it in there, and you can play it with the new controller, too!
This, in my opinion, does make sense, and could be very cool. It's all about how long it will take.
If Zelda DOES come out in April, I'll be a happy clam. If, later next year, I can play it all over again with a new control scheme unlike any other I've used, I'll be all for that, too.
Nintendo really is putting all of their eggs in a Zelda basket, and I don't think they can afford to delay this game again. It would be rather crushing, indeed, especially with the next gen breathing down their necks like that creepy dude in Family Guy--"Just wanted to see the paper boy..."
(My apologies to everyone who has no idea what I'm talking about)
Paper Mario to be folded into Virtual Console
May 21st 2007 12:51PM (Joystiq)All of the 64 titles are top-hitters, aren't they?
This is one of the 64's best, to be sure. I'm so psyched--it's been years since I've played this one.
Brawl countdown reveals nothing, Nintendo Power picks up slack
May 21st 2007 12:49PM (Joystiq)The countdown said _ days IN JAPAN time.
And why would the site get updated IN JAPAN TIME at midnight?
The press event isn't going to happen at midnight, it's going to happen in the morning/afternoon.
Why would they reveal the site before the press event? They never do that--it's always after.
Anyway, simmer down, you're making a big fuss out of it like the n00bs on the SmashWorld message forum--aren't you guys higher than that?
The news is coming today--in Japan. That means it'll be tonight or later for us. So calm the crap down.
Legend of Zelda video retrospective (part 3)
Oct 29th 2006 2:10PM (Joystiq)Can't wait to see more.
What about Wind Waker/Minish Cap? Will they get the 5th part, or what?
