There is balance in everything. I have loud, but not obnoxiously loud pipes, and driving in atlanta, they do make a big difference. On the highway you might not hear pipes, but in the city, especially in traffic, the sound reflects back a lot more so you can hear. Since August, ive seen 2 bicycles hit by cars when I am out myself.

Try going over a serious pothole with a motorcycle. Guarantee youll swerve around next time.
