@mst3karlo

A small thing like TIME will not stop me from hoping, friend.

When it does come it'll be more awesome than you can imagine.

Female Shepard will play a greater role in Mass Effect 3 marketing

@Papa Neorev

My Shepherd came out as looking asian, and I can assure you he could kick default Shepherd's arse.

BioShock Infinite dev diary explores the Vox Populi

@Noir

You might be right. They'd have a bigger budget and more development time...that doesn't mean anything but when you couple it with Kevin L's determination and vision of what he wants the game to be...you can't really go wrong.

Big fan of System Shock 2 and Bioshock. Pretty damn confident this game is going to be superb.

I'm going to stay away from any more videos so I don't spoil anything.

Ken Levine discusses Sky-Lines in BioShock Infinite

Jun 10th 2011 9:07PM (Joystiq)
I love listening to Mr Levine...you can tell he just loves to create games. Bit like Peter Jackson in that he has a strong vision on what it should be like, and then make sure it turns out that way.

I can't imagine Infinite being anything other than awesome. Irrational and 2K seem quite relaxed on giving Kevin as long as he needs, certainly doesn't seem like it's being rushed.

New BioShock Infinite media demands your attention

Totally awesome.

I think the boobs are quite large, but tastefully done...

Minecraft Beta 1.6 released, four bug-fixing patches follow soon after

May 28th 2011 6:00AM (Joystiq)
Hahzah!!

Oh how I love minecraft. I can forgive some bugs seeing it's still in beta.

Some of the awesome of minecraft is its accelerated process of adding stuff. It takes time and money to thoroughly test a game.

Sure, we're all entitled to complain...this is the internets afterall.

Saying notch didn't test is a bit ridiculous...of course he tests it out before putting out a new version. Simply don't update once you are in a stable place if you don't like it yar?

The way I see it is - We paid for the 1.0 version of the game.
We get betas for free as XTRA. (we may wait for final stable version if wish)
WE help beta test by finding bugs. Notch releases - Gets spammed by 100's of people finding bugs - fixes = done. (instead of finding them all himself which takes much longer than you'd think)

Sony: Motion Control in development since the days of EyeToy

Jun 17th 2009 12:03PM (Joystiq)
I feel bad now. It's true that I don't know you Mr. Lion.

I have a feeling you're still in high school and that can be a tough time for just about everyone.

Keep your chin up and try and remember things get better when you join the adult world. Girls will even like you for being smart rather than being popular.

Sit up straight, feet flat on the floor. Take a deep breath and then push it out. Smile and shrug your shoulders.

(I know this post sounds sarcastic but it's not)

Sony: Motion Control in development since the days of EyeToy

@TheLionOfAzzalle

I've never posted on joystiq before but I couldn't help myself. You are one of, if not the most delusional fan boy I've ever had the pleasure of finding on the whole internets.

Guess what - I own a Wii and no other consoles. I'm not posting because of some delusional relationship with a company.

u copyz them! it twill phail. i r teh hatez sony.

I seriously wonder if the phenomena of the fanboy is some malfunction of the brain that's been caused by mass inbreeding or perhaps total disconnection from "RL" . Were fanboys (of companies) around 100 years ago? What drives you to blindly love a corporate entity that's only motivation is making money from you? What causes these people to decide what company to 'follow'? What drives them to such hate of their chosen company's rivals?

I'd like to study you.

PS. The sony motion control looks great, as does the natal and motion+. I'll buy whichever ones are fun. It doesn't bother me what company sells the most or 'wins' - it's all about how much fun they can provide me with.

The vanilla Wii motion control is a joke. Shake the controller to do anything! huhzah! I've only got 4 games for my Wii and none of them have what I'd consider to be decent motion control. I'm hoping the motion+ will fix this and fun games will perhaps be created. (fingers crossed :P)
