Nolan North imagines Hugh Jackman starring in Uncharted film

Oct 29th 2009 5:11PM (Joystiq)
This will be the movie to send Fillion over the top. I can't help but put Fillion in the role as I'm playing Uncharted 2. I will slit my wrists if Jackman gets another dumbass role completely unsuited for him. He's bloody Australian for crisakes! Drake is American. It'd be like Nicole Kidman playing Marilyn Monroe. There is no other choice IMO.

Holy S#!+! Did anyone else see the Delorean DMC at 1:20+? That alone deserves props.

All of E3's 'Showcase Pavillion' in about five minutes

Whatever, guys. I went to e3 in 2004 & 2005 and the big e3 was the best e3. It was like a world's fair of video games: there were shows and swag and babes and more games and very plush carpeting considering it was 3 days long. e3 will return. Cue Bond theme.BA BA, buhhhh, BA BA, buh, BA buh buh BA BA,

Finally, someone agrees with me. There was way more action and visuals in Speed Racer than Iron Man. Who the hell was Stane but a ripped off version of Iron Man? There was no real story but one big tease. I felt like I was watching a prequel for the next movie they expect us to see. But it's doubtful now that SR will see a sequel in the wake of this IRON MAN movie that was dry, tedious, and like something I've seen before. While intriguing to watch, it was simple, tedious, and not near as thrilling.
Speed has so much more in terms of plot, visual POP, cast, production design. direction, ingenuity, and the soundtrack by LOST's Micheal Giacchino!!!. I mean how much of Iron Man was CGI that Speed Racer wasn't. I felt like I was watching not a superhero, but some pompous rich ass, in a bad costume. Why do we have to wait for the sequel before anything cool happens. Iron Man hits the American soft spot with the Afghanistan theme, but that was a choice by the filmmakers, and not part of the canon. Changes were made in both films from the source material, but which one deserves the merit for breakthrough movie making? GEE ZUSs!

Fatal Frame. Scariest game ever. Especially with digital surround sound. Mom walked in the room and I threw the controller across the room involuntarily.

Smash Bros Brawl's Pictochat level boggles the mind, but could be better

Oct 22nd 2007 7:40AM (Joystiq)
ok seriously. the only way to do this would work is to have an option to upload a pictochat text box in some submenu by way of the wii logging into a room OR random drawings by the programmers, being some of characters or silly japanese things, easter eggs, e.g. but passing through the stages is an option so collision boxes wont be a problem either, OR a bomb will be dropped that you can play the game with your DS. Reggie say it's so! I don't think anyway that you can make your own though, and they be playable over wifi, the possibility of harmful images is quite probable. So if the make your own stage idea is a possibilty, it must be one played locally and not online. But things can still change. And I sure hope that someone high up reads these comments and makes decisions cause what a pool of geniuses and wankers can be found.

Virtually Overlooked: Ultraman

Uh. Where's that Lawrence brother? Does anyone else remember Superhuman Samurai Cyber Squad? Anyway I found an action figure at a thrift store and then sometime later I found a Dragon transformer thingy that would morph into a jet and then you could take it apart and attach all the pieces to the figure. All the show did was badly.
