That's the risk one takes in a business. It's obvious that they sacarficed the gaming part of the PS3 over the media part but seriously, Blu ray is doing well. Couldn't have it both ways and if anything the way I see it, if Blu ray did fail, it would fail in the movie aspect, but as a gaming format it still can hold alot of data. I mean PS1 played games and CD's, PS2 played DVD's CD's and games, PS3 plays DVD's CD's Blu Rays Disks and games. So it's just a Ps2 on steroids.

Every company makes mistakes but at the same time you're not in their position and aren't seeing things from their prospective. That goes for any company.

man, too much video game bickering it's annoying especially seeing Fernando's posts. Too much negavity. PS3 can get alot of games, but when you have ppl at local gamestops tyring to sell u 360's instead of PS3's, we folks have a problem. Doesn't matter how many games PS3 gets, ppl will bad mouth and put a bad name on it. ppl are so annoying sometimes.

Yeah I mean it's not like Sony is starting to promote the PS3 more. =\ I mean seriously, everyone says the game rocks even if sales don't relfect that. All I know is that PS3 is starting to get their head in the game, and it doesn't help when people already have negative feelings towards the PS3 adn praise the Wii like it's God-sent.

I LOVE the new box art. I perfer it mainly because the one on the right SUX hard. It's just a car smashed. Nothing special and doesn't speak "Paradise"

If you look at Burnout 3 Takedown, you can see the box ard reflected that. A car was shown getting taken down. Same with revenge, I think the new box art relfects "paradise" more in the one on the right than some lame plain black background with no emotion or feel.

I don't know why people are complaing about b/c. Just trade in your PS2 and all your games to get a 80 gig PS3 and then you can buy the same games you traded for cheap. I mean used games are cheap. And I'm assuming that most people who are complaning about the b/c issuse has PS2's otherwise they won't care. Just trade it in, as well as the games, or enough PS2 games to buy thre 80 gig PS3 at a reasonable price.
