@mywhitenoise The answer is both. Sony for suing in the first place, they have somewhat some grounds but they're going after one person; however this is just to set an example.

Now the followers are because as you said, they are following the company, but why shouldn't they? Of course Sony wouldn't do the same, hell the only reason they know we exist is because one faithful day our details popped up in their database. They know us as consumers, not as people, and that is why your argument is out of context.

Now I move my point onto you, your claim; Christianity, Buddhism, hell The Church of Google. Simply take your statement and replace it with either of them, it applies, but people still follow the religion. All this guy was doing was voicing his opinion, he didn't need to be critiqued. The thing is. People merely want this for the experience of LBP2. People don't want it to test it. Defying the purpose of a 'Beta'. Companies then release games which aren't tested fully. People then complain. People stop playing. They then take more time fixing these issues. People stop playing. They then have to release a big patch. Making people stop playing. So when people are saying "I want this!" "I want to play this!". It's not the attitude you should have. And depending how far Sony and MM go to find people to Beta test things you say will have an impact, especially on their forums. The perfect example of this is MAG. The game has gone back into Beta.
