PS3 isn't the only console suffering from horrendous hit detection. It is pretty messed up I can completely annihilate the enemy team one match and the next match (without the host quitting or migrating) I cannot do anything because my shots don't count at all despite emptying bullets into the guys.
Actually it is, seeing as how the total sales of the system is down almost 12% from last year. That is a pretty significant decrease for the best selling system of all time.
Have you heard of Brain Fingers technology? It allows you to manipulate things on a PC screen using your mind. The future is nothing at all but thought to manipulate our external devices.
But what if you don't like Fallout? I personally think they are archaic, and I do not like Fallout 3 or New Vegas. Tried them and didn't find them interesting or compelling and the gameplay was severely dated as well as the graphics, voice acting, character models, and animations. As well as being very bug ridden, I just could not force myself to sit through either of those games.
It will probably end up being a new Call of Duty game that is being developed by Sledgehammer Games (the original guys who made Dead Space before leaving Visceral Games and starting Sledgehammer).
But aren't they already charging for multiplayer? I mean, most people who play COD only play multiplayer exclusively and could care less about the single player campaign. I am one to finish the single player campaign, but also know a lot of people who don't or barely touch the first mission or two.
So aren't people already being charged $60 for multiplayer. Activision should release three SKU's. One with just single player ($35), one with just multiplayer ($35), and one with both ($60). You would save a bit of money by buying both, or save money by buying just the multiplayer if you never plan on touching the single player.

Facial Animation has nothing to do with the engine, but how far the developer is willing to go for the best animation possible. Enslaved uses UE3 and has some extremely good facial animations. You can see all the nuances in their expressions, you can tell when someone is angry or sad or confused.
