I find it hard to believe the 250 won't make it out as a standalone product when people are suckers enough to spend as much as they do on the 120. Why would they want to miss out on that dough. MS will always lie to your face to ensure their current products keep selling. This is just how they run their business.

Thats what I thought. I understand dropping some support so they can expand their Live offerings, but its kind of lame when it kills some of the best parts of games they are offering for sale on their service.

Wow, really glad I bought Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory off of Live a few months back. The whole point of it was for coop online with my brother. Now that is going to be dead. Thanks MS....I am glad I pay for Gold so I can't play my games online.
