@Frank, as well thought out as your comment was I think you either didn't read the autoweek article linked to by Chazz or just misinterpreted it. Toyota has not covertly fixed the brake problem on any Prius that has already been sold, it has only fixed the problem for new cars coming off the assembly line.

A neural network and quantum computing are not mutually exclusive, the neural network in the brain is similar to a binary system using action potentials instead of 0s and 1s. It could just as well be modified to work off a quantum system.
