Not to mention the inconsistency regarding patches and expansions on some games.

Doom 3 was a prime example of this; patches for Doom 3 would often times take ages to come out on the mac, therefore completely breaking multiplayer and similar. On top of that, Doom 3 for OS X has everything it needs to support Doom 3 RoE, except for the fact that Aspyr intentionally blocks the loading of the d3xp folder to prevent people from playing an expansion that they didn't want to port in the first place (therefore being an expansion they weren't going to make money off of).

Mediocre game, being republished by a mediocre publisher.

An FPS that tries to be an FPS instead of an action roleplaying adventure RTSFPS set in World War 2 that actually succeeds at it!? Oh my!

Not to mention that even if squeenix did setup the site and put out the teasers, 47 kinda, you know, killed the guy who created him, and all of the guys that contributed to his creation in the first game.
