Those of you trumpeting Halo 3's price at $30 should hold out for ODST. I got a copy of it on Black Friday for $30. It'll drop much quicker, give you full Halo 3 multiplayer, plus Firefight & a short campaign. Its a way better value than Halo3 with no extra maps. If you didn't buy Halo3 already, you obviously don't care about the campaign story arc.

Or just be a tool and get Modern Warfare2. That game sucks.

As a Christian who works in a church, I vehemently disagree with the hateful, picket sign Christianity that many ascribe to.

Christianity, while full of misteps in history (the crusades, for example) also has a legacy of much good for society. The Bible, itself advocates that we devote much work to helping the poor, sick, orphans, widows, and immigrants. Perhaps it is best summed up in two words:

Love wins.

And so does getting 1000G!

I have a better idea. Spend $200 on a fresh 360 arcade, bring your hard drive with you, and use that same web connection elsewhere to play the real thing.

As a Christian, its sentiments like this that make me sad. I don't blame you at all - its the mass of Christians who haven't thought things through that scare me.

The message of Christianity is not an NRA-loving, abortion-hating, American book. Its love of those who are your enemies. Probably those who hate the NRA, support abortion, and hate America for many.
