Oblivion PSP: less tromp, more romp

Oct 6th 2006 8:28PM (Joystiq)
Wait so this one is being titled TES Travels : Oblivion but from the sound of it you will be "warping" everywhere. So where is the travel part of the title come in?

Sony: 1mln to 1.2mln PS3s for North America in '06

Sep 6th 2006 11:31PM (Joystiq)
Anybody ever think that the launch will be a mix of the 2 Sku's? From my understanding nobody wants to touch the $500 version with a ten foot pole. So does that mean we are really looking at roughly 300k of the $600 version?

A confirmed Guitar Hero 2 song lineup

Sep 3rd 2006 11:24PM (Joystiq)
Wow good lineup so far. Quite a few good ones I'm looking forward to playing. Might sound like the outsider here but can't wait to play some primus (even though its not a bass heavy track). Crazy On You is not a hard track but, come on who can't get that riff out of their head.

Wonder if we are going to have to play Misirlou on expert with a kitchen mixer like I saw in a video a while back.

Overall its looking like a harder game as far as tracks (looks at freebird) but I would love to see some sipmle ones like "Black in Back", thats all I want.

Rumor: PS3 launching in black only?

lets put it this way....whens the last time you've seen a playstation outside of the standard color on these shores?

Fake Wii "news" allegedly pulled from trash bin [update 1]

EA's admirable beginnings remembered

Aug 27th 2006 9:38PM (Joystiq)
Well the part that upsets me is the lack of support for anything past 1-2 months of launch. Yes they used to be a creative source with very good titles, but now they are more focused on year-to-year dribble.

Bullfrog? Westwood? Maxis? Where are they now? Definetly not making innovative/creative games like they used to. Where are EA's MMO's? All shut down at the first sign of decline.

Release C&C decade pack and not even support multiplayer is just plain insane. I almost bought my first EA title in years until I found out I couldn't play Red Alert online AT ALL (except for 3rd party software that installs spyware). Thats going past supporting for a month to not supporting at pre-launch.

Yes I know this is a business, EA needs to please the stockholders, but pissing on what made you (the gamers)is just suicide.
