I like that Sam & Max's arch-enemies try so hard to be taken seriously despite their inherent ridiculousness.

The little stuff going on in the background of the comics is fun to look at, like rats carrying around loaded pistols and the like.

I like how the comic books, TV show, and computer games all have a different flavor to them, despite the shared source material.

I'm not really sure what we're supposed to be commenting on, so I'll just say some things I like about Sam & Max.
