Thanks for the heads up...just got back from Fry's. The copy of the LE they brought me rattled so I opened it after paying. Sure enough it was scratched. They gave me another one immediately that didn't rattle and all is good...

Man I knew it was a bad holiday season for games, but this proves it again...most of the winners were released at the START of the year. Jade Empire was what? April or May? Similar for God of War? I know RE 4 was in January...
