Also recently gave away my Xenogears 1&2 game and sold about a dozen more or so on eBay, as I WAS over 100.
Also have the Red Mario Kart DS, the Polar White Lite and the Pink Lite.

I need to still get that Twilight Princess trailer cart and I gotta get that new Tingle Balloon Fight too...

$50 in 6 months? I've done more than that in the past 6 DAYS. And ALMOST $50 in the past 6 HOURS. A Wiimote alone was $40. Let's not forget that Pink DS Lite I grabbed last night just because it was the last one in the store. Nevermind the fact that I own the red Mario Kart DS and a White Lite already...
Oh, and I grabbed Metal Slug Anthology (Wii) this week.
And a Wii Point Card.
And 2 1600 Marketplace cards (one was a gift, does that count?).
And Sega Genesis Collection (PSP version).

AND THIS WAS A SLOW WEEK!!!

And it's not like I'm rich here. I'm a full time employee at a retail store. I make just over $8 an hour and pay plenty of bills, so I don't roll in the cash. But only $50 in 6 months?
Could they possibly mean an AVERAGE of $50 a month over a 6 month span? That might be more reasonable...

Laziness abounds. Does anybody know the current number of titles on the list? I don't feel like counting them all myself. Anybody got a solid number?

I can confirm this is a fact.
I work for Best Buy and this is indeed the plan.
We've even been given the ok to tell customers that we will have "minimal units available on a first come, first serve basis on December 17th"

To my knowledge, my store will have 42 systems (based on two separate shipments of 21 systems) and we will also have 35 or so controllers and nunchucks. I believe it was 18 classic controllers as well.

If you want to score ANY of this stuff, be prepared to get to your local Best Buy EARLY and DRESS WARM (it's December, after all). Don't expect to wander in at 11 and get ANYTHING. Be it a console or even the controllers. I'm sure the first so many people in line are gonna gobble those extra controllers up crazy fast.

Best Buy will NOT have systems for Black Friday tomorrow, that I know of.
All stores were set to recieve a shipment of PS3 systems on Wednesday and should have rushed them onto the floor for sale immediately.
As for the Wii, they are set to be in the ad on Sunday and are being held until then.
