I actually love the new system. It makes the value of gems stay high because not every nub who doesn't want to run dungeons or buys gold (sorry im exaggerating) has everything and floods the marketplace. I love doing dailies for tokens, its one of my favorite things i look forward to when logging on. I know LOL @ looking forward to a daily.
I will agree on the stone keepers shards part. I have a bunch stockpiled up but I have a feeling i will run into some annoyances when i decide to pick them up.
Simplicity is good for all the reasons posted above.
But most of us are worried about over-simplicity. Which if the comparison of having what one poster said "the difference of play within his mage, lock, spriest" during a raid is virtually nonexistent. And all the gear is the same. Etc and so on...
Then why even have different classes in the first place? What's the point?
Making every dps / healer / tank a jack of all trades may sound like a good thing but when we start playing i guarantee you it could ruin the experience in a way we haven't seen.
When we all make and gear out our characters. We don't want to be the same. Everyone wants to try to be unique for something.
At the rate of changes. I worried about how this will affect the player base of WoW that is for unique players.
Do you care about PvP anymore?
Dec 16th 2008 1:29PM (WoW)You didn't care about it in the first place, so why would you care about it now?

Name one thing you'd change about your class

Oct 15th 2008 3:17PM (WoW)I mean seriously. What kind of shop does Blizzard run where they profess something that 90% + of the wow population disagrees with.
