Blizzard has always had over flowing enthusiasm for their projects. You seem bitter, jaded, and overly cynical. Creative people working on things they love talk like this. They don't care about concepts like "EZ MODE".

I've been in love with WOW for 7 years, but after burning out I've been desperate for a reason to play it again. For the first time in an expansion pack it looks like they are putting in enough novel features to give me pause to smile. As a lover of lore, the idea of finding an easter egg reward system based around lore, with a place you can bring that item and see lore brought to life on a stage, well that's fantastic.

Getting to do more than grind heroics, boring faction grinds, and raids has me keenly interested. As well as exploring a new world without a single pervasive quest in mind to bring down the latest villain, it brings back memories of 2004 and playing WOW just to explore and see what was in this world.

I believe Wei Wang of the Sons of the Storm created the Pandaren written dialect based on his native Chinese.

I feel sorry for all the people who cannot resist taking part in the beta only to have the launch of the game's excitement and novelty be diminished. Some people could care less I realize.

At least we know they have done extensive work on the new race models and the dwarves are almost ready for release. It's only a matter of time now.

I hope they leave the 1-60 cata content intact, I've yet to quest through it all and I'd hate to see all of Garrosh's content removed, but I don't see how they can get rid of him without changing a lot of the quests for the low level horde players.

Maybe they knew this before hand and created it all with an easy to edit structure in place.

I've been waiting for new character models to inspire me to level again, I don't want to miss out like I did for the Horde's side of the Wrathgate chain.

Housing or new vanilla player model updates would be a fantastic project to find out they've been working on all along without telling us how close they are to being finished.

I think my peak experience in gaming was WOW back in 2004 and early 2005. Before I burned myself out playing everyday for hours, I had never felt such a sense of flow while falling in love with the style and atmosphere of the art design. Just looking at the colors and textures and animations had me sated with endorphins.

I remember looking at the game one day and remarking to myself with incredulity that some day I knew I would not be captivated completely by this game anymore. Nothing could last forever, but at that moment I'd rather be playing nothing else.

After a few years, things did lose their luster. Maybe it's part of getting old, I am 31 now, but since that blazing glory of 2004, I've never felt captivated by any game since for more than an hour or so.

Unlike most people, I don't focus on one issue and blame it for my burn out, every single thing that made that game amazing for me is still alive and well there. I just wish i could eat my favorite food everyday forever without getting bored of it.
