I got this just last month for £4.49 delivered and it's actually pretty decent.
I ordered it on Jan 22nd and got it May 22nd from The Hut, but that's a different story.
I'm up to chapter 7 or 8 now and while it's smooth to play the cover system is a bit worse than Gears and no blind fire, the level design is sometimes atrocious but won't hold you up for too long if you quickly look it up (I'm looking at you switch over the fence) and the Glaive is a pretty cool weapon/feature.
Defo worth it for $10 if you like that sort of thing.
No, it doesn't recognize any controller other than keyboard/mouse as far as I can tell.
It's not unworkable.
And the graphic glitches aren't bad and, so far, haven't happened during any intense sections. Just when you're driving around exploring and RIGHT at the start.
I think it's maybe because the glitches happen as soon as the game loads people mention it so much.
Bought this yesterday for £9, not convinced that's the current exchange rate, but still.
Only played BG&E so far. Loving it. Keeps complaining my drivers aren't current and has minor visual glitches on the hovercraft sections (the HUD flashes items that aren't currently selected) but it's good fun.
Mouse & Keyboard isn't too bad, but would prefer to plug in a 360 controller.
Don't mean to be overly geeky (but who's going to judge me here) but since the site has a Page Rank of 3 it must've been up for a couple months at least, so launched is a bit of a stretch.
BTW, if you ignore the fact the whole game dynamic would have to be different to achieve scores 1 different for both, this was a remarkably accurate prediction.
Suuuuuuuuuperb000000000000000000wl. Got 50 bets on, only way I'm going to stay up til 4am or whenever it finishes this year. Not looking forward to work tomorrow.
I once had a Skaven (rat) team where my RB got 2 mutations of extra long legs +2 move, sprint +1 move and something like 'Going for it' +1 move on a 4,5 or 6.
He could move 13 squares in one shot and in theory could score every turn.

Dec 29th 2009 12:04PM (Joystiq)Apparently a bit poor, may pick it up when it's £10 but not convinced I'll enjoy it.
