Sony snaps up the rest of Ericsson -- so long, feature phones

@Chris DPSN AggieCEO XBLThe Aggi

Whats the matter Chris... either you're jealous of the 4G speeds android can get, or you've been drinking too much Apple Kool Aid, speed is speed. Only reason why Apple decided to stick with 3G is the that they can get a boost due to the lack of use of the 3G network thanks to the upgrade to 4G, and the fact they didn't want to pay for 4G components.

Blizzard's Morhaime: F2P not right for WoW

Oct 27th 2011 11:24AM (Massively)
Blizz should just stick a fork in WoW... its done... Fist they are reducing the size of expansions, now they are reducing the content with these stupid pandas and then "stream lining" the talent tree, more like stupid-fying. Next step server and realm mergers, and that is the final sign of a failing game.

@NaeemTHM

For every exclusive game on iTunes there are tons of knock offs of that game that run as well as the original, on both markets for less.

You can't prove it by me, Android can do everything the iPhone can without being tied down to a proprietary market or hacked.

Sony's Rob Dyer criticizes Microsoft's content policies

Sep 3rd 2011 5:55PM (Joystiq)
How is this any different than the crap Apple pulled with iOS apps? Microsoft is only doing this because they are feeling threatened by the publishers making deals with Sony that they feel aren't in their best interests, Sony would do the exact same thing if it wasn't for the fact that the 360 still sells more individual game units than the PS3.

PSN 'down for maintenance' in North America and Europe [update]

I have a sneaking suspicion Sony was trying to shore up security and screwed something up, now they are adopting the suspicions of the Internet and blaming hackers.

PSN 'down for maintenance' in North America and Europe [update]

@Maxx the Slasher

Learn the difference between attacking a public network and attacking its users. Taking down PSN is attacking Sony because it prevents them from doing business required for PSN, e.g. selling games to its customers. Now they have proven that they can access PSN and perform functions on it, that means they could easily attack each and every person that has access to it, which is almost every PS3 and PSP user, and delete their account information and if they are online send out an update deleting all local data. Attacking PSN directly isn't attacking its users.
