How can you compare this game to WoW like that? I don't think Bioware even WANTS to hire people from WoW/EQ dev teams because they're trying to do something innovative that hasn't been done. If they wanted another failed attempt at making a WoW clone, then they would hire devs from the WoW team. TOR is attempting to do so much more on a personal level with the player than WoW could ever have hoped.
Besides, WoW isn't that good. Ever since the Wrath expansion, it's sold out. Now, Blizzard just wants to do whatever prints the most money with Warcraft. It's probably the most generic rpg-type game I can think of, actually.
