@nandokun I'm not sure how the Japanese releases fit into the series (there are several beat-em up games that play like sequels) but there was a RCR:EX for the Gameboy Advance here in North America. It was basically an updated port of the original game.

I'm assuming this is a private event? Like everyone else I'm itching to see glasses free 3D in person and it's entirely possible that the Nintendo World Store just minutes away from me would be the first place to do that!

If it's not an alternative (I doubt I'll be turning off 3D *specifically* for a smoother framerate) it's certainly a welcome bonus.
