I dont know why people hate the Ngage so much... When It was released I didnt want to buy it because it was expensive and the games were lame... But NOW I think its the best thing you can get...

He is hired for a company here in Brazil to do comercials and small videos, kinda like those Wii videos... He did one when DVD players were new and all my grampa had to do was to sit on a couch and watch a little movie on DVD and compare the quality betwee a DVD and VHC, saying his thoughts and all... And even he could tell that the DVD was far superior quality image than a VHC...
So I believe that they hired a group from a company but that their reactions are genuine... Those "actors" are there because noone wants to put an ugly old lady or a fat-ass pimpled faced nerd on the website... They will look for some good looking or charismatic people... Im sure they got money for it but I believe they had fun aswell...

IMO the reason you guys dont get those cool ads in the US is because people are so afraid of being sued or critisized by anyone that thinks the add is somewhat offensive or wrong Like that Xbox ad that everyone starts "Shooting" each other on the streets or the white vs black PSP... Theres a lot of sad folks there that just need to look at things the wrong way... And the worst part of it is that those people that complain are the ones that never plays games...

Nintendo NEVER said that it would cost 199 or even less, this was all internet Bullsh!t and most of you knew it. Second is the Launch date, its not "too late". I cant belive people that are saying "if it were 199 I would buy it but at 250 its too much"... Get a life! 50 bucks is nothing... You can get that working a little harder or saving to buy it on Christmas... No one is forcing you to buy it at launch... If you dont have the 250 at launch (assuming you had 199) just save 50 buck for the next month or wait until you have enough to buy it...
You guys make this sound as it were the most expensive thing in the world but fail to realize that a PS3 is coming out at 600 bucks with NO GAMES Whatsoever so you will still have to buy another controller and some games (that wont be cheap either)... Im not comparing the PS3 to the Wii technically but Im just comparing what comes within the box when you buy it at the store, so for me having a game coming with the console is a big plus even if I wouldnt bought the game if it were sold separetely... At least know I now that with the money I saved for just the console, now I will get a game to play with it as soon as I get home...
And BTW, I doubt that the opera browser will be that expensive... Trust me... I think that with 2000 Wii points youll get to buy the browser and a few NES games... Remember that Nintendo wont be charging you for the connection as the Xbox does or like the PS3 probably will... We just need to relax and enjoy the games untill the online multiplayer modes come...
Does this mean that the Wii-mote and the Nunchuck will be sold separately? WTF????? This is extremely disapointing since I doubt that there will be a lot of games that only uses the Wii-mote without the Nunchuck... I hope thats wrong... If I am going to buy a controller I want it to be complete! Not only half of it...

Nintendo Never had 100% of the handheld market... They always had a huge part of it though (kinda like the Ipod) but never had it all... When the first game boy appeard, shortly after other companies relieased they own handheld devices... GameGear, Lynx and a bunch of other handhelds competed with GameBoy and even with weaker graphics and least powerfull machines, the GameBoy managed to win over the competition... Why? Because it was fun and had a strong suport of 3rd party games which in my opinion is whats happening the DS aswell...
You could compare the PSP and DS "war" like the GameGear and GameBoy war years ago...
The Game Gear was way more powerfull, color screen, Backlight Screen, a tv antenna for it so you could watch tv... But the problems were: Most of the games were the same as the Master System Console and all the good new games were simply MegaDrive ports for it... Kinda like PSP... The battery life was ridiculous, not ot mention that you have to buy 6 AA for it for just some hours of game play... The same for the PSP... 3 to 4 hours of gameplay is nothing...
The GameBoy won because it was fun... It was less powerfull than its competitors but it was cheaper, more fun and had unique games for it... Of course it had its flaws... But history proves us that power is nothing if you dont know how to use it... I seriously believe that Sony has a bigger chance to go down than Nintendo has... Sony is doing the same mistakes that Sega did years back... And if they dont learn by those mistakes it could be their end in the gaming business...
