I mean I guess we better understood the bodies tolerance to heat and cold, but other than that all their work was shoddy at best. They often didn't have any form of control group.
Even other Nazi scientists at the time threw out their findings because most of it was just torture porn for sick idiots. Believe it or not sewing twins together doesn't actually teach anybody anything. Whooda thunk.
@DarkNightRJ By '47 all the crazy awesome people had been locked up so they had to just guess what changes were made in the 20 odd years since those photos.
@dscuber9000 Sonic Adventure 2: battle or whatever was actually pretty fun.
It's the last sonic game I actually enjoyed and I think that has more to do with me being 13 at the time and I could outgrind anyone in my afterschool :P

Even my frat buddies didn't go so far as to say that. General Consensus I thought was Citizen Kane, which I think is a pretty damn good comparison.
The work itself shot the medium forward, but if it hadn't been the first to perfect so many things it would be forgotten. These days because everyone copied all the best parts.
Basically when I heard it was a class based shooter where the classes are actually different similar to tf2 AND the devs emphasized quick movement for all classes I was hooked.
I may be playing this game for years where ME3 and Deus Ex and Gears of war I don't expect to last more than 6 months.
