you could have implemented a software update to the earlier models but nintendo stated (true or not) that the drives they had where not good for the constant reading that dvd movies need. hell, even the hackers adding dvd playback thought that..

since awhile ago new nintendo WIIs have a disk drive with the ability to read anything not a nintendo game disk crippled right on the disk drive firmware chip, then they put black goop on the chip so it is never never coming out in a usable fashion (and no new chips go in)

so no software update for dvds..

based on the still alone it looks like its Zobiko and Zobio from The House of the Dead EX.. the cutest undead romance since.. well, ever?

man that game gets no recognition. :P

the mix wasn't half bad, at least by mash up standards and we all know those are usually pretty low. Have heard some mash up gems though but I dont really consider them 'mixes'.

used to think daft punk was great and I had assumed they sampled some funk to make their music - I'm ok with that when the samples are used like instruments and props..

Their album 'Alive' is both one of the greatest pieces of music and the most hilarious joke. They took their songs made by stealing from others, then mixed them together to make one huge regurgitating mess LOL.

I think my main fave is the nine tailed fox thats in naruto.. in its way it is its own character since it had to get its butt kicked and god knows how it fights to get out in those little ways we all know and love.

I would show it off to my little nephew, who has a ds lite, but doesnt treat it well enough to convince anyone to buy him the next model up.

I use plugins for the browsers I use since ya know I just GOTTA use the internet at least once a day.. usually in the morning.

he reminds me of one of the very characters in the games he works on so I think he should keep it!

I'm thankful I scraped together enough money for the wii that my wife constantly uses to surf the net with when her poor health means she can't sit at the computer.. 'cause its more computer time for me (ya thats why heh).
