If its going to take her 960 times to pass the test, she should never have been allowed to get her license. That's jsut stupid on the government's part - and who the hell is going to be stupid enough to insure someone that took 960 tries to pass the test!

Unlike many things that I've seen Apple do, Game Center is one of the least attractive solutions I've seen.

The Android and Symbian ones haven't had user accounts as of yet either.

This is a *great* tech demo and good for building buzz, but as others have pointed out this is not much more than a level viewer. Once action starts and AI/physics are heavily involved it will have to take a notch down somewhere - either in the game design to preserve the areas of visuals or it will just get visually downgraded. The iPhone is no slouch, but all games suffer from this when the reality of gameplay and game behaviors are taken into account.

Speaking of gameplay, I am not a fan of the slide around on the touchscreen perspective. I don't find it confusing, but I do find it as awkward as I do playing these sorts of games on a console. Anything 1st person really needs to have mouse keyboard to really be effectively played or you have to crib them with autoaim and other nonsense to make up for the fact that you can't effectively navigate the environment with your thumbs.

If they want to be able to deliver streaming movies and convince the world that it won't completely suck, being able to stream a live conference is one way to get over that hurdle.

Nah, the right thing is to file the civil suit because that is far far more easier/faster to deal with than trying to get some federal criminal case done.

This was sooooo stupid for him to do. Doesn't make any sense whatsoever for him to have done this because the company has such high visibility and information leaks are happening all the time. If you're going to do a crime, at least be smarter about the circumstances under which you try to carry it out.
