I don't understand all this bickering. I thought this issue had been settled long ago. Forget whether or not the 360 is better or the PS3. Who cares? As far as the North American market is concerned the game is over for the PS3. (meaning at this point it can't/won't win the console war) At this point the high(er) price of the PS3 is only making it worse for its sales, but it isn't the definitive factor. People aren't flocking to it, because it isn't the system to have this time around, th 360 is. This time it swung in the 360's favor.

Yea! I won! I never win anything! Merry Christmas to me. For the record, I am not going to sell it. I have a wife and three kids and we are going to have a blast playing something together. I will give the live subscription to my son, who is always begging me for one. Thanks XB3F!

Amazing how when the PS3 outsells the 360 for the first time ever that the comments section is absent of all the 360 "fanboys" spouting off recklessly about their favorite console's dominance. Now, I have admittedly posted comments on this blog before that, while definitely not "fanboyish" could easily be mistaken as such.

However, today I am only commenting to eat a little crow. I must admit that I honestly did not think that the PS3 would ever outsell the 360 in any given month in 2008. Alas, I was wrong.
